Espresso Troubleshooter is designed to work without requiring an account. We store limited diagnostic session data to generate results and improve recommendations.

If you want to avoid storing feedback, simply don't submit it on the results page.

• Diagnosis sessions: a generated session token, timestamps, and computed result data.
• Your answers: the selected options you submit during a diagnosis.
• Feedback (optional): whether the result was helpful, plus an optional comment.

We do not ask for your name, and we don't require registration for basic use.

• Generate and display your diagnosis results.
• Rank solutions and improve future recommendations.
• Maintain site integrity and debug issues.

• You can browse symptoms, causes, and fixes without running a diagnosis.
• You can choose not to submit feedback.
• If you run your own instance, you control your database and retention policy.
